Heritage Content Strategy
Leading a cross-functional team, I devised a data-driven content strategy for Bently Heritage that resulted in significant improvements across various KPIs. By conducting a comprehensive quantitative site audit using automated SEO tools, I was able to identify areas of improvement and optimization.

To empower subject matter experts within the team, I provided training for conducting qualitative audits. This collaborative approach allowed us to map out channels, ownership, stakeholder lists, and a detailed project scope and schedule.
Our combined efforts led to tangible outputs, including a product roadmap, user testing protocols, an engagement plan, a refreshed marketing strategy, and a rebranded website that achieved our KPI targets.
In the course of this process, we identified and rectified several crucial UX issues on the website. These improvements directly translated into immediate business value, most notably through a marked increase in online sales.
