Distillery eCommerce

I spearheaded the launch of a $60K e-commerce initiative to facilitate the distillery's business pivot during the pandemic. The Minimum Viable Product (MVP) was deployed in less than two weeks and realized a cost savings of $10K under budget. I collaborated closely with the sales team to ensure target goals were met and partnered with the hospitality team to develop safe protocols for curbside pickup. During this time I created and tested transactional emails to help guests ensure safe and convenient pickup. I regularly measured performance to drive value throughout the product lifecycle.

Even after the lockdowns were lifted, the shop's success led to its continued operation.
