As part of an impactful divestment project, I worked in close collaboration with various leaders. Our aim was to maximize the return on income within the shortest possible time frame.

To achieve this, I designed and implemented a Smartsheet that fully automated budget calculations. I created a system with 100% customizable workforce load-outs. This streamlined approach allowed us to forecast, monitor, and adjust our finances with unprecedented precision and agility. In addition, I crated a WBS and dictionary for for plant closure which helped leaders understand timeline and scope across phases.

Through continuous engagement with team leaders, we made value-driven decisions during this challenging transition phase. As a result, our strategies realized a 200% return on income in just a quarter of the initially anticipated time frame. This project was not only a financial success but also demonstrated the power of effective collaboration and strategic decision-making.
