Bently Heritage Virtual Tour

I served as the Product Owner for the creation of a $30K virtual tour of a $100M distillery. I spearheaded vendor procurement and managed the project efficiently, bringing it to completion under budget. Given the novel nature of this venture, we adopted a progressively elaborated timeline, allowing us to evolve our understanding and tactics as the project unfolded.

I facilitated the collaboration between Subject Matter Experts, leadership, distillers, and designers, ensuring the inclusion of interactive 'hotspots' in the tour. These hotspots provided detailed insights into the distillery's technical specifications, educational content about its rich history, and comprehensive product information.
