In my free time, I take on the responsibility of recruiting and coordinating motorized vessels to support whaleboat races in the San Francisco bay. My role entails ensuring that the fleet operates in a safe, fair, and efficient manner from the start of the race to the finish line.

I also liaise with stakeholders to develop process documentation and compile lessons learned from each event. This is vital to the continuous improvement of the races, providing valuable insights for future planning and execution. It's a role that brings together my passion for water sports and my professional skills in coordination and documentation.
